Privacy Policy
Everything you enter stays on your device. What you enter is never sent to a server.

The short version
MyFM runs entirely in your browser. Your check-ins, movement sessions, focus sessions and preferences are stored on your own device and nowhere else. There is no account to create and no database of users on a server.
What this site does not do
MyFM does not:
- Set cookies. This site sets no cookies at all.
- Track you. There is no Google Analytics, no tracking pixel and no fingerprinting. The site counts visits with Umami, a tool that sets no cookies, stores no IP address and records only which pages are viewed, your browser, operating system, screen size and roughly your country. It never sees what you enter in the app.
- Show advertising or share anything with advertisers.
- Store your health data on a server. There is no login and no user database.
- Load anything from third parties. Fonts, icons and images come from this domain. The visit counter comes from stats.koetsier.org, a server run by the maker of MyFM.
What is stored on your device
MyFM uses your browser's local storage, not cookies. Only this site can read these entries, and only in your browser:

Clearing your browser data erases all of it permanently. Nothing is backed up elsewhere, because nothing is sent elsewhere.
Offline use
MyFM installs a service worker so the site keeps working without a connection. It stores the pages, stylesheets and scripts of the site on your device. It does not send anything.
Server logs
Like every website, the server that delivers this site keeps standard access logs: which page was requested, when, and from which IP address. These logs keep the site running and secure. They are not used to build profiles, they are never combined with your health data, and they are kept for a limited time.
Deleting your data
You can erase everything MyFM stores whenever you want, from your browser settings. In Chrome: Settings, Privacy and security, Third-party cookies, See all site data. In Safari: Settings, Privacy, Manage Website Data. In Firefox: Settings, Privacy and Security, Cookies and Site Data, Manage Data. Remove the data for this site and it is gone. Withdrawing your consent for the focus exercises works the same way.
Not medical advice
MyFM offers information and gentle exercises. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and it does not replace care from a doctor or physiotherapist. If your symptoms change or get worse, contact a healthcare professional.
Children
This site is not aimed at children. Because nothing you enter is sent to a server, we hold no data about any visitor of any age, beyond the ordinary access logs described above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
